- What makes you uncomfortable? Does this challenge make you uncomfortable? Does waking up early, coming up with a schedule, or completing an exercise routine make you uncomfortable?
- If it does, GREAT! Embrace it! When you are uncomfortable means that you are growing or getting stronger. If you are comfortable means that you are not getting better! I am uncomfortable at every workout I do. If I’m not, then I ramp up to make sure it gets uncomfortable!
